We care....funny but our family paid good money to these thieves 5 years ago to repair our Parents headstone, they cashed our check and NEVER fixed the headstone, even after kindly requesting repeatedly to fix it.\r We care....about money!! \r That is out and out stealing in my opinion. The headstone should be fixed and our money returned to us, this is outrageous! What kind of business owner does this? more

A few years back my father was diagnosed with lung cancer. At age 79 and in poor health I knew it would take him soon. Being his power of attorney and executrix of his will I worked with him to set things in motion to take care of all of his business affairs. I visited several funeral homes in the area and was not impressed. I went to Wilhelm Monument to inquire about grave stones/markers. The gentleman I spoke with was wonderful. He provided information about the local funeral homes and highly recommended Springs Funeral Home with whom we ended up going to once my father passed away. GREAT recommendation!! He also asked me if my father was a veteran to which I affirmed he was. He then told me to contact the Army because they offered FREE (!!) burial services, etc. I contacted the Army and they not only provided a burial for him but his remains are at Fort Logan with a beautiful marble grave stone, and they provided him a formal service with two soldiers presenting us a flag and playing taps, all at no cost because of his service to this great country. Not only was I humbled by the Army's provision, but so grateful to Wilhelm Monument Company for their recommendations which ended up in NO SALE for them! Here's the happy ending to the story. Because of their recommendations we not only recommend them to others, but due to my mother-in-law's recent demise will go to them for her gravestone! THANK YOU, Wilhelm Monument! You are TOP OF THE LINE EXCELLENT!!! more

My wife and I purchased our memorial from Wilhelm Monuments and the service was above and beyond what we expected. Judy Wilhelm was so knowledgeable and helped us pick out our memorial.\r \r Our daughter was visiting from Tucson, AZ for a week and when I mentioned this to Judy she made sure that everything happened so our daughter could view it while here. WOW, the dis-respect that these places give the families and the deceased. My step-father passed way on April 9,2012 and was told by this company that if we paid the day we came in or by the next day they could PROMISE that he grave would be engraved within 2 to 4 weeks as of today it is still NOT done, left an email NO RESPONSE, called twice before I could get to the right person and Judy was so rude and said they will get to it when they can they are running way behind, I told her had they been HONEST with us we could have brought someone in form Denver who could had it done within a week, she PROMISES me a second time by this Saturday June 30,2012 If I were you I would really consider BEFORE using this company more
