I picked up a couple of different types of wood, since I love to barbecue. I started with the Mulberry and Red Oak combination. I had never tried mulberry, so I was very excited to see if it really made a difference. The ribs were as good I could have won any competition BBQ championship. Amazing. I can't wait to try the peach wood.
