Clean and Dry Chips and Chunks for Smokers 7/28/2011

We are enjoying the smoker chips we purchased at the Interstate Farmers Market. We purchased flavors of wood I had never thought to use in cooking and it is turning out great!! Every place has Hickory and Mesquite Chips during the summer, but we wanted our BBQ Smoke to be different. We purchased pecan and mulberry. Very Cool! more

Great Smoke, Greet Barbecued Ribs 7/21/2010

I picked up a couple of different types of wood, since I love to barbecue. I started with the Mulberry and Red Oak combination. I had never tried mulberry, so I was very excited to see if it really made a difference. The ribs were as good I could have won any competition BBQ championship. Amazing. I can't wait to try the peach wood. Pros: Variety and Selection, Great Service Cons: N/A more
