I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wiles and his nurse, Janet!!! When I call, Janet knows me, knows my daughter, and knows our history. I never have to remind her about a thing. She is incredibly friendly and personable and makes our whole family feel quite comfortable when we visit. As they do not schedule tons of appointments all at once, we normally get right in, and Dr. Wiles spends as much time talking with us as we need. He listens to our questions and concerns and takes them seriously. He also takes the time to giggle with our little girl and make her smile. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wiles and Nurse Janet. When we had our first child we chose a popular Raleigh practice with 5 physicians. The care was good but it felt impersonal as we seemed to see a different physician every time we went. What I really wanted was a family doctor like the one I had growing up. Wiles Pediatrics has been just that. I can call the office and Nurse Janet and Dr. Wiles immediately know my children's medical histories because they have been treating them for so many years. The children love them too. It's been a stellar experience and Dr. Wiles is one of the reasons I tell my husband we're never moving from Raleigh because we won't find another physician like him.
