I to have had a bad experience with this complex. I moved as soon as my lease was up. But while I was in my process of searching for housing I received a bad reference from this landlord. I have had nothing but problems out of this landlord since I moved in there in june of 2011. She has a very nasty attitude and is unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to move in these apartments. They are ran down and are patched work. more

Please Dont patronize this complex. In the middle of my lease, they hired a very unprofessional girl in the office and she has brought this complex down tremendously. She is very rude and she will attempt to intimidate her tenents with threats of eviction and will result to towing cars from the parking lot without cause. Tenents are required to report every single visitor to the office if their car will be parked after 2AM or the car will be towed at a charge of $150.00""non-refundable"" Even if it is an out of town guest or last minute emergency..""YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED"" She is careless with who she rents to and the property is run down. The maintainence men are slow and filthy. They do unprofessional patch work instead of fixing the real problems and leave a trail of dirt behind.The air is unfiltered and dirty and they have a mold problem in the complex. I cannot express strongly enough about how horrible this organization treats people. Tenents who have been there for over twenty years, and tenents with small children have been evicted ""Just because she doesnt like their attitude"" RUN FAST-Even if your desperate- Dont Let this lady have the opportunity to disrespect you. Wildwood Associates represented by Gerdenich & Co are aware of the issues and they DO NOT return phone calls or completely disregard any ISSUES. What a Horrible Way to run a business..... more
