We have a second home in L.A. we wish they would do pool service down there. We are very pleased with our pool service. Our pump went out over the Labor Day weekend, Patty got one of the guys out on a Saturday afternoon to help. We are very pleased. Thank you Patty and Wildwood! When we decided to have a pool built we called three pool companies for estimates, Wildwood exceeded our expectations from the very first call. Their staff is friendly, professional and listened to what we wanted. The design was exactly what we were looking for! The construction process was smooth and the maintenance has been top notch. They show up when scheduled and are always friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Wildwood Pools and will use them again in the future! When I called Wildwood I knew this company was the best for me! They were friendly on the phone and connected me with the person that would supervise the work I needed. He was very professional and gave me a quote that day. The staff at their office kept me up to date on the schedule and two days later my pool was back up and running with a system better than I had before. I have never dealt with a business who is so unconcerned about customer service. They installed my pool and spa 2 years ago and whenever there have been problems, they consistently underwhelm with their service. I have needed help approximately 3-4 times and they have never arrived when they said they would. There have been occasions where I have taken off work to meet them and they have not shown up and did not even bother to call me back. Today, they called to say that someone would be calling me within 2 hours to set up an appointment and guess what, no one ever called. I called back and surprise, surprise, the person who performs maintenance is on vacation over the weekend. Meanwhile, I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting on them. I would never, ever recommend this company for anything unless you are looking for a heavy dose of disappointment and headache. Cons: Horrible customer service more
