Get taken for a ride at Wilde Toyota 8/3/2013

I purchased a used car at Wilde Toyota in February 2013. At first the sales person seemed friendly and genuine. However after my credit was run, and a car was decided on, the service dropped significantly. The car I originally chose wouldn't go through on my credit, so I was forced to purchase another that I didn't like and had problems that they refused to fix including a cracked windshield (which is illegal to sell), rusty brakes,and faulty wiring in the electrical system. I made this known to the USED car salesman, and he said he would take care of it after purchase. I waited for a call that I never received, and even gave him a good review on their I love wilde site. By the end of the deal the salesman couldn't even keep his lies straight as he asked for a good review so he could have a day off to spend with his kids (he told me earlier that he hadn't seen his daughter in years). Needless to say, I am disgusted with the service, and will never return. I am making this known to everyone I know... and everyone who sees the HUGE crack in my windshield that they refused to fix. more

Great Place to buy a Car! 12/31/2011

I came into Wilde Toyota looking for a vehicle, and Keslin was so helpful! Not only was he easy to work with, but answered all my questions making me feel so comfortable about buying my 09' Camry!!! I feel so great about my new car purchase thanks to him!! I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Vehicle work with Keslin Jean-Jacques, not only is he very knowledgable about each vehicle, he is very helpful with each step of the car buying process!! thanks for a wonderful experience in buying a car from wilde toyota! are sales person JIM BLAKE rocked,he knows his vehicles.he found us a 2008 saturn vue...we also loved that jim blake was not pushy. he truely cares about his customers and loves his job!the finance women were also great vicky and heidi,explained all the loan stuff to a T.thanks for a great experience JIM BLAKE...we will b life long customers! more

Great Car Buying Experience 9/13/2011

Danny Corkill did an outstanding job of helping me pick out the best car suited for me. He spent as much time as needed to ensure I was as comfortable as possible with my decision. I was very unsure of how to go about the process and he made it very simple and answered every question I had. His willingness to spend as much time with me to find the right car and his knowledge of his products were top of the line. I'm glad I went to Wilde Toyota for my first car. Thanks Danny! more

My wife, son and I went to wilde toyota to look at new vehicles. This was the first vehicle we bough brand new so we had a lot of questions. Eddie Sandoval was are salesperson. Eddie took his time explaning each vehicle we were looking at. He even broke down what we could expect to pay in gas between the vehicles in a given year. He answered all our questions and we love the car we purchased. more

I was stressed out about buying my first car, but Rob Davis the sales associate was very helpful throughout the whole process. So the experience was a lot smoother than I imagined and I think the kind, helpful service of Rob Davis greatly improved the situation. more

Wild about Wilde 4/2/2011

From the minute we drove onto the lot until the time we drove off the lot (in our NEW CAR) Neal Jensen and Wilde Toyota staff were beyond helpful and made our experience enjoyable. Neal was friendly and respectful; we never felt pressured to make a purchase. The price on the car was a terrific deal, not to mention the low APR deal they had going on! Neal answered any/all questions we had and once we made our decision to purchase the car he had the team getting it cleaned up and ready to go. We even got 5 gallons of gas! As repeat customers at Wilde Toyota, we would highly recommend the dealership. more
