I purchased a used car at Wilde Toyota in February 2013. At first the sales person seemed friendly and genuine. However after my credit was run, and a car was decided on, the service dropped significantly. The car I originally chose wouldn't go through on my credit, so I was forced to purchase another that I didn't like and had problems that they refused to fix including a cracked windshield (which is illegal to sell), rusty brakes, and faulty wiring in the electrical system. I made this known to the USED car salesman, and he said he would take care of it after purchase. I waited for a call that I never received, and even gave him a good review on their I love wilde site. By the end of the deal the salesman couldn't even keep his lies straight as he asked for a good review so he could have a day off to spend with his kids (he told me earlier that he hadn't seen his daughter in years). Needless to say, I am disgusted with the service, and will never return. I am making this known to everyone I know... and everyone who sees the HUGE crack in my windshield that they refused to fix.
