As stated by the other reviewer. The wait time is horrendous and the receptionist's are the rudest in Town. Not to mention continuously making billing error's. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a professional Doctor's office, Dr. Boyd does not seem to care how many patients her staff run off, I guess when you make that kind of money, you don't have to care. I just waited an hour for an appointment that I booked over a month ago. She is booked way out because she has limited hours and long wait times. I didn't even get in to see the doctor. They didn't apologize for the wait. They didn't even explain or acknowledge the wait. The snotty receptionist told me I could reschedule for, AGAIN a month out. No way!! I booked with my husbands doctor who never makes a patient wait and I can get in within a few days. Never go to a doctor that makes you wait for your appointment. There are several 100 in the phone book to choose from. I will be passing this information to my friends and all over Facebook and more sites like this! I would even give her one star but that was the lowest it would allow more
