What started as a festive evening was quickly doused when seated under a poorly regulated vent which blew cold, then warm air on us cyclically. Management couldn't or wouldn't help out with this...but we ordered and thatswhere the real trouble unfolded. The hot stuff came cold, soup came with a teaspoon. Food came out after about 1 hour in waves as i watched other tables seated after us eating and being given their checks. Pad thai was tasteless, and cold. The teriyaki chicken was rubbery and inedible. And although they replaced it with another dish...it was hastily and tastelessly put together. The waiter must have recognized the calamity, because the manager finally arrived with a stunning declaration...""i am going to take 10% off this bill because you didn't eat a thing"" Whoa, what a guy. Listen...i am not going to rail on this restaurant, or the server, or chef, or management any further...Just don't go there. Go down the street to beluga, go to noodles, go to mcdonalds....just don't go THERE!
