Love this place! 4/5/2012

We live 45min from here but it's fun for anyway that lives by or is coming through :) we bought season passes this year and it's basically equivalent to going twice which we have def already done! It's great for military as they give discounts for you! Hands on fun and a walk thru 'mini-zoo' as I call it. Our 3yr old and 2yr old absolutely loves this place! Definitely recommend to anyone:) more

Very different and fun 6/21/2006

My fiance took his truck round the zoo, boy, wish we rent the van. But it was fun, lucky we didn't get scratch or dent. It would be best to rent an van for $11.00. The front entry is same way to get in and come out too, wish it wasn't too many animals all at once cause the animals know that the peoples are feeding. I noticed yesterday as June 20th 2006, some peoples not following a rules at all. The feeding bag is only $2.00 a bags. You can get online and print out a coupons http://www.animalsafari.com/html/Coupon.htm and that really helps out, get 20% off. My daughter had a good time. At least we get to see a wild animals. They also got an poisonus snake, but we didn't see it, guess the snake was hiding. Also got an pig/hog, Alligator name Big AL, he is 75 y/o. We had a good time. more

Small safari zoo 8/29/2005

You can either drive your car inside the zoo, or take the bus tours, nice collection of animals, and they have animals shows around the week, It was my first time to see a 'Liger', (born to a lion and tigeress) the admission is overpriced, and you pay to get food to feed the animals, so, basically, you pay for the admission, and pay to feed the animals!! more

Drive through ZOO 8/20/2005

Take yourself and your family to this slightly strange but fun "hands-on" safari . you will see and may also touch and feed exotic animals from all over the world. Ride the "zebrabus" through the 500 acre park, pet and feed the free-roaming wild beasts, camels, giraffes, rhinos, water buffaloes, antelopes, zebras and other wildlife. I actullly had a donkey try to eat my car! you can then walk through Old McDonald's Farm, the Petting Zoo, the Monkey House and the Alligator Pit. They have pic nic areas and a snack bar and restaurant. It was fun for the kids. What a day! more
