Eh, It's Okay. 9/22/2010

I've eaten at the Wig and Pen a couple of times, it's okay, nothing special. Their salads and pastas are okay but I would recommend getting their pizza or a sandwich. When I come here I normally get the Union Jack with the Flying Tomato crust. It is sausage, pepperoni, Italian peppers, mushrooms, onions and when you get it on the flying tomato crust it comes with tomatoes. The food and service are okay, however, I would rather get my pizza from Pizza on Dubuque. more

Consistent 8/19/2010

Wig & Pen isn't too bad, my husband and I bring our kids here occasionally. We normally order pizzas, we try to get a couple of different ones so everyone is happy. Sometimes we'll get sandwiches, which aren't too bad. I myself prefer the pizza over the sandwiches. The Twickenham pizza is my favorite. We also always order appetizers whenever we come. I would recommend the Wing Zings or Jalapeño Poppers, they are both pretty good with a little kick to them. The food here isn't outstanding but it's decent and our server is always friendly and patient, which is hard to come by when you have three boys. more
