Unfortunately this cleaner has lost my trust. After years of using Wideman's we first had a problem in 2019 when we took some expensive clothes to get cleaned and they lost a blouse and never found it nor offered to "make it right". Being a believer in second chances and realizing mistakes happen I tried to continue to use them on inexpensive items. Then again in 2020 I took several items which included 4 vests, 6 pairs of dress pants, 5 suit coats, 3 blouses, and 2 neckties. I was told it was be finished in 3 business days and when I went to pick up my items I was handed a sack of ripped and torn clothes, 3 suit coats, 1 vest, 1 pair of pants, all either in shreds or with stains on them that wasn't there before. Two of the suit coats were completely unrecognizable as garments when they were returned to me wadded up in a dry cleaning sack. After returning to the cleaners multiple times over the next 2 weeks to retrieve my other items, I only ended up with 2 suit coats, 4 vests, 3 pairs of dress pants and 1 necktie they said they were able to clean, the other items were handed to me wadded up in another dry cleaners bag. Thankfully these items did not have any damage other than a couple missing and/or broken buttons. I will never trust this cleaner again nor take anything to them. They never acted sympathetic or offered to "make it right" even though I was in tears because I now had a bag of over $1000 in ruined garments. I took the rest of the items that Wideman's said they were unable to clean to City Cleaner's in Lawrenceburg TN and the items were returned to me in pristine condition after only having them for 3 full business days. I have learned my lessoned and will be taking my business elsewhere along with the rest of my friends and family who saw the shredded garments.
