Mothers was a very professional and clean shop. I had work done by Robyn and I was completely blown away by her attention to detail. Her work is truly outstanding. She had a gentle touch that made the pain easy to tolerate. My husband had work done by Kevin and he is quick and also very skilled. We we're both very pleased with the whole experience and will be returning to Mothers. I am 100% positive I have found the shop/ person worth my loyalty. more

I was very nervous abouting getting my nostril pierced I wasn't sure if it would look right on me. I went in a couple days prior and spoke to a girl named Tara, she was very imformative and professional. I went back a couple days later and decided to go for it. Tara took me back and explained everything in detail and took her time answering my questions.She was also very hygenic, everytime she touched something she changed her gloves and that put me at ease. The place was very clean and decorated nicely not like you would think a tattoo place would look like. Tara talked me through the whole process and was so fast that I didn't feel anything. It is so worth it to pay a little more to get great service and an amazing experience! more

I have gotten tattoos in both locations from different artists. I also got my wifes belly button pierced at the Erlanger location. Both locations were absolutely great. The people are friendly, helpfull, profesional, and always a pleasure to deal with. On my second tat Meghan did an outstanding job and went out of her way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and was done perfectly. Dedication like what I have experienced at Mothers is rare and I would pay twice what they charge for such quality tattoos. Pros: People,prices,quality, and tallent Cons: I found none more

I have been looking for a good place to Pierce my lip agian, and went to many other places. They all were not helpful, and rude. Finally, I found mothers and They were nothing but nice and helpful in every way. The piercing was very professional and they were super clean. I had never been inside a tattoo parlor before and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service that I recieved when I visited Mothers for my very first body piercing (my nostril). It was a wonderful experience from the time that I walked through the front door. The staff are friendly and informative and truly seem to enjoy the work that they do. The shop was clean and comfortable, not at all the image that I had in my mind of what a tattoo parlor might be like. My piercer took her time explaining the after care of my piercing and what I should expect during the healing process. The place is kind of hard to find but its worth it. I had a few piercings done and it was easy and the def know what their doing. In my opion it is lame if you go get somthing done anywhere else. I drove over thirty min out of my way just to get a simple piercing. I wouldnt trust anyone else. I started going to Mother's to get my belly pierced when they were still SkinArt. I found Bob to be very professional, hygiene conscious, kind and informative. So much so, that my neice has used him for all of her piercings and tattoos, and I won't let anyone touch my daughter except Bob at Mother's. I have always found the environment friendly and inviting and am glad that Mother's takes pride in quality and professionalism.\r \r I recommend Mother's to anyone who wants a professional job with cleanliness and health being the highest priority. more

I called them and they told me to come on in. I get there and girl at the front desk was busy talking on the phone to a friend and smoking a cigarette. The tattoo artist was arrogant and rude and acted as if I was bothering him, He told me he couldn't fit me in for a few days. Then he told me to call in a few days to see if he could even fit me in then. Why tell me to come in then? I found them to be unprofessional at best.
