Overall wall was good. Warranted for 10 years for anything structural. One week after work was completed I had a step come loose. Tried. Over the next month to have them come back...

do not hire 9/20/2017

10 year warranty against structural damage for firepit...after 2 months had cracks and shale fall apart..told the owner and h wouldnt come out to fix...sued in small claims court and won more

Did not follow up with repairs 10/2/2016

Overall wall was good. Warranted for 10 years for anything structural. One week after work was completed I had a step come loose. Tried. Over the next month to have them come back and repair it. Was given empty promises each time and never was fixed. Good luck trying to get them to follow up with their warranty! Disappointing. more
