I used this company and it was by far the worst business experience of my life. Brent Fetters the owner says that he will save you money over a traditional realtor but with all the different ways that he charges for his services it could end up costing you more. In addition he is a narcisist(sp), arrogant and a screwup. He charged me half of the deposit that a prospective buyer had given but had to back out. Brent kept 1/2 of the $500 and when I questioned him he got pi----ed off. He said it was in the contract, however, he had never shown it to me. In addition he failed to show up for meetings with the different buyers realtor agents to negeotiate on my behalf. He called me a liar on 2 occassions when we had a difference of opinion on what he was suppossed to have listed the purchase price of the home. When I got mad at him,and in all truthfulness, I screamed at him and called him a few choice names he called me out ""to settle this like men"", meaning he wanted to meet me somewhere to fight. He failed to call back the mortgage appraiser for the bank, he failed to meet him at my house for apprassel(sp). He didn't cb buyers realtor. He never communicated with me properly. The close of the sell of my house was screwed up for a variety of reasons but he never once called me to inform me of what was going on. He called the police on me and said I had threatened him, when it was he who threatened me but I called back and told him he needed to be careful who he called out and i would screw him up. When i explained to the policeman my feelings on the events he said we should only communicate by email. He also told me that Mr. Fetters told him that everything was on schedule for the close. Based on that I spent allot of money on minor repairs on the house, scheduled movers, rented an apt, etc. Well the actual close on the sell didn't occur for 17 days. I NEVER heard from him again.Any and all updates that I got from that time on were from the buyer of my house, or me calling the title company or mortgage broker. There are a number of other issues but by now I'm sure that you get the point. My personal recommendation is that you never use this guy. He puts on a great front but don't believe it!!!
