I got a big dish and his sales tactic was decent. Timely follow through and quality equipment made my set up work. (My current tech wants me to sell equip. to him when I move!) One draw back came in seeking out customer service. Broken appointments and phone availability gave me the impression that backing my purchase was not his priority period. I found out later he was ticked off for my not buying an LNB that they'd acquired to address my issue. That issue was never fully corrected, but I think he called me a "d i c k," on review. I wouldn't rate him above average despite his technical skills..
Pros: dedicated team and expert knowledge of his field
Cons: the team like his cell number can change without notice
