We called this company because our current provider could not get up our driveway with the snow, and although Wholesale also failed to get up the driveway with their big truck, they had a person deliver in a small four wheel drive truck and we manually put fuel in the tanks using 5 gallon cans. So far so good, except the service man was carrying a revolver and did not know how to restart the furnace. I paid for the oil and called my regular company to restart the furnace. Next day, Wholesale calls back and wants to make big delivery, but our regular company has now negotiated the hill and we are full. My wife calls Bob at Wholesale and he proceeds to insult and threaten her. Stay away from these guys, they are responsive but unprofessional. They usually have the best rates but they only do 150 gal. deliveries. They should also set up 100 gal. deliveries, particularly since it was really cold last year and people were spending a LOT of money. If they did that when these people needed oil again they might be more inclined to call them. I know last year I ended up using someone else because of this and I have used Wholesale Fuel for many years. The prices of the 2 were the one I used was slightly more but all I had was enough for 100 gal. Other than this, good customer service and prompt deliveries. more
