We worked with Whitten Bros to get our new Jeep Wrangler. We called up to see what kind of deals they had and they explained that it was hard to work up a good deal over the phone if they didn't show us a car. I thought it was typical salesman trick but he assured that price wasn't an issue. He just wanted to make sure I loved the vehicle, which made senses to me. He was more concerned with me liking my car than making the sale. That was very professional.
