Patient beware... I was told that my crown was covered by insurance but after the procedure I was informed it was not. As of 10/13 I am still paying paying $20.00 a month to pay these medical care professionals off. My balance still extends several years still into the future. If you live and work on a budget do not use this office. more

Went for a cleaning last week and had an appointment at 8:00am. I was first on in the office and I was the last in the waiting room till 8:30. Finally I was called back and had x-rays which I was told was no-cost. That was a lie she charged me almost $300.00. Oh and they took about 15 x-rays cause she could not work the equiptment. (At least she assured me it had low radiation) They were rude when I set up the appointment and I had a estimate done to get a porcelain tooth fixed and she quoted me at $1300.00 dollars out of pocket and I have insurance. Then I get a letter in the mail with the wrong first name on it saying they made a mistake and would be only $800.00 out of pocket. If they dont care about your name, they probably dont care about you. Its all about $$$$. She also charged me $80.00 billed to my insurance for the 30 seconds that she came in the room to see me once the hygentist was done. Would never recommend a dentist that makes over $1000.00 an hour. She and her office are pathetic. more

very rude, very unfriendly, racist doctor "if you have pain in your tooth after my filling, it is not because i messed up your tooth it is because you have cracked tooth now only treatment is chop off the tooth and get a cap or extra filling for $$$$ otherwise live it with Pain " Dr SUZANNE WATSON. This is one of greatest adult dentist. Easy to get into. Fast friendly service always willing to help make the trip less painful on you and them both. The staff is very nice and friendly and they offer help in any way possible. They are located in a great area. Prices are too bad and they take insurance too. For a great dentist that cares call Sue more

This is my dentist now sadly my other one stopped accepting my insurance so she was highly recommended to me. She is so wonderful and gentle. They do allow the use of laughing gas which allot of dentist no longer use she and her staff are super friendly and when I had a emergency with a tooth they got me in immediately The few times she has had to do work on me, if ever I was starting to feel pain she would stop immediately and put in more medicine to numb it.I am very pleased with this group highly recommend!! more
