I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about but they couldn't be farther from the truth. I've enjoyed Whit's for years now and never gained a pound. Also if you look at the fat and calorie content it is actually much less than regular ice cream. Also, the Crisco comment? That makes no sense at all; it doesn't melt as quickly as ice cream due to the higher density, however by no means does it set out over night. Whit's is a great place to eat at, and I highly recommend it. They can make just about anything you would ever want and the service is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and always courteous. The prices are great, and my experience is always enjoyable. Whit?s Frozen Custard is and always will be one of my favorite locations to grab a sweet treat or a delicious snack. more

I really love Whit's Frozen Custard even though it has a really high fat content because it's made with 10% butter fat and egg yolks to boot. My son really likes how you can keep it sitting on the counter overnight and it doesn't even melt. Kind of like Crisco. more
