White's Muffler & Brakes

Took my 1999 Suburban,to whites muffler for a low brake pedal , Also my exhaust was loud. I had previously been to another shop were I waited an hour before they even pulled me in,the manager didn't even care and seem to want my business. I then called a friend and asked about a good muffler and brakes shop. When I was referred to whites. I walked into a whites and was greeted with great customer skills. The shop was packed, an within 15 minutes my truck was pulled to be checked with a free inspection. I was explained in detail what I needed and the manager was very professional. For all the repairs I had done at whites , going anywhere else would have cost me an arm and leg. Prices are great,and I had my truck within the same day. I had an excellent experience! My wife's car was having some kind of transmission problem. She took it to White's for an estimate. They did a tranny service that fixed the issue - old fluid. I took my 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue to them because it was running very rough. The technician looked at the car, and in just a few minutes replaced a vacuum line that fixed the problem. They didn't even charge me. That's integrity & service!! They could have charged me for some part or labor that I wouldn't have even known the difference.
