My family used this vet for many years, but as the business has grown, they have really lost sight of the customer’s needs. When my mother had to make the difficult decision to put down her terminally ill cat, she called the office (that had seen my parents’ cats for over 25 years) and was told that she would have to wait three days for an appointment. I used the vet to have my dog spayed and found them very responsive. I was told to call first thing the next morning to make sure she was cleared and then I could pick her up. I called and left three messages before driving there myself, imagining the worst reasons why they weren’t calling me back – like maybe my dog had complications. When I got there, the receptionist brushed me aside, saying they were busy so they just hadn’t called me back. As for busy, there wasn’t a single patient in the waiting room. I took my dog home and never went back. They are also very expensive and will charge you the whole visit fee (about $50) for three minutes of their time just to answer a question.
