excellent service 3/16/2011

when I was feeling horrible they came to my house within 2 hours and did a very thorough exam. I needed antibiotics, which she gave me right away and I was feeling so much better the next day. This is a wonderfully convenient service and I suggest it to all my friends and family. more

Excellent Service 3/10/2011

Wonderful!!! I booked my appointment at 10 am and the nurse showed up at 3. A co-worker booked as well and she took care of both of us that day. My RN Practitioner was excellent and made sure that I understood what was going on and my treatment plan. She gave me my 3 days of scripts and then 2 days later the remainder showed up at my house. more

Review for Whiteglove House Call 3/8/2011

This is wonderful! I live in Austin but was in Houston for a visit. I got what I thought was the flu and called Whiteglove to see if I could make an appointment and be seen in Houston - not only was the customer service at time of registering, and making an appointment exemplary - my RN Practitioner was wonderful! Turns out I did not have the flu but, I was diagnosed, given the best little white box with all of the supplies to make a sick person well, medicines, UPS delivered meds to my door and a follow-up call to make sure I was better. I would definitely recommend Whiteglove!!! more

Great house call health ever!!!! 2/24/2011

I had a great experience with WhiteGlove=). I called to make an appointment (which by the way there reps were so nice) for my sick child and with in 2 hours of me calling the RN showed up at my house. The RN practitioner was so very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Right there and then she was able to tell me what was wrong with him and gave me medicine and even an absent excuse for him to take to school. I loved that they called the next day to follow up on him. I would definitely recommend WhiteGlove to family and friends. more

It's About Time!!! 2/24/2011

Finally! No more sitting in a doctor's waiting room for 45 minutes reading 3-yr old magazines, and then sitting in an exam room for another 20 minutes before actually seeing a doctor for 10 minutes. No more driving to two different pharmacies because one is out of something, and having to wait for hours to get the prescriptions filled. I was certain that there was going to be some catch or gimmick. There isn't. It's great! more

White Glove is Incredible 2/14/2011

WhiteGlove was prompt, courteous, helpful and caring. The NP was professional and brought me all I needed to get well. She was concerned about me and took all the time I needed. I have recommmended this service to my co-workers and a friend who's the manger of a large oilfield company. I my opinion this is a top notch organization and is well worth every penny. more

Extraordinary Service 12/22/2010

I am so glad that my company decided to enroll us in the White Glove House Call Health service! With my personal physician so far from my office it just wasn't convenient to go to the doctor and now I don't have to! They come to me at work or at home! You just can't beat it. They have a Great staff who takes the time to listen. I didn't even have to go to the pharmacy to get medicine as they brought me just enough! And the wellness kit with all its goodies! You just can't beat the service. I would and have recommended this to EVERYONE! Thanks White Glove! more

This service is the greatest 12/7/2010

My company recently changed insurance carriers for our group insurance and at that time we were made aware of the White Glove House Call Health service. Several people in my office have used the service and I personally have used it once for myself and once for my husband. It is the greatest. It's like having a doctor that make housecalls but it's even better than that. Depending on your condition, they may be able to leave you medication and they leave you a wellness kit that includes a can of soup, crackers, jello, Gatorade, Motrin, etc. How many times have you been so sick you can't even drive to the doctor or go to the store to get soup, etc? This solves those problems. The amount I paid was only slightly higher than the copay for my doctor and I felt like I got so much more for my money. Will your doctor come to your home at night or on weekends? Mine won't. This service is so convenient and both times I was able to be seen within a couple of hours of when I called them. I would recommend this to anyone. more

At My Door in Under 2 Hours versus See My Doctor Next Day 12/6/2010

They were amazingly quick to get out to see me. My Doctor was booked and said I had to call the next morning and hope something opened up. I called White Glove and they were out in under 2 hours. I was amazed how quick they got out and had me a prescription in hand. more

Never going to the Doctor again! 12/5/2010

I had what I thought was a standard cold or flu but I didn't have the time to leave work on Friday and I had to watch the kids on Saturday. I called White Glove Friday afternoon and they came out on Saturday morning while the kids were still in the their PJs, it was great. The kids even got a kick out of watching Dad get checked out. more

great concept 11/29/2010

whiteglove was the best idea ever. I have used them 3 times and it was cheaper than going to the doc office. It was so easy had antibiotics on them no long wait and started to get better within 24 hours. This is something we desperately needed in healthcare. I have recommended whiteglove to friends and family already. The only thing I can add is that they could add longer hours it would be even better. More thourough than a doctors visit. more

White Glove Review 9/22/2010

I wasn't feeling well and I gave White Glove (WG) a call. I requested a specific time to be seen. WG showed up and were very professional in my care. Questions were asked about my current symptoms and then my symptoms were explained to me. Then WG gave me medications and the goody bag. It was so easy, very Convenient and I didn't have to wait. It was a piece of cake. I will call them in the future when I feel sick. I am so happy this service is available to me and my family. Thank you WG for coming to Houston!! :-) more

Excellent! I can't recommend White Glove enough to family and friends. This is a flash back to the days of old when Dr's cared and made housecalls. When you're ill and don't feel like leaving your home, when you're not feeling well and are concerned about germs from more serious respiratory illnesses in a doctor's office, call White Glove. You wont' regret it. more

WhiteGlove House Call - Professional and Wonderful Care 9/15/2010

I was at work feeling progressively worse with a very bad cold (actually bronchitis and an ear infection) and a co-worker mentioned White Glove. Within 30 minutes of signing up I had an appointment for that afternoon. After getting sicker still, I went home, changed the appointment location from office to home and again, within 30 minutes a nurse practioner was at my house with a goodie bag, doing a strep culture and taking my vitals. I was diagnosed, given three days worth of the appropriate meds and on my way to feeling better. It was a hundred times better than a doctor's office visit as more attention and time was spent and they even called the next day to see how I was feeling. This does hark back to the days of house calls which I vaguely remember and I couldn't be happier that this service is available. I can't say enough positive things about White Glove and their service and staff. I hope I don't have to use them again but am so very glad that they're around. Excellent team. more

There really is such a thing as a ""House Call"" 9/15/2010

I needed an appointment asap and talked to someone around 8:00 a.m. and the nurse practitioner was at my office by 11:00 a.m. Pretty impressive especially in a city like Houston with traffic issues. Super nice professional lady. She took my vital signs and tested me for my problem. She then gave me 3 days' worth of antibiotics and pain pills and a bag of goodies that included crackers, soup, jello, gatorade, advil, tylenol, plus more. Three days later i open the front door to find the remainder of my prescription. I was emailed the results of the tests and received two follow up phone calls to make sure that everything was okay. more
