I used White Glove when I had the flu earlier this year. I was impressed by the professionalism, yet approachability of the nurse. She was very nice and her attitude helped me feel better right away. I have drug allergies and she was able to give me a medication that I was not allergic to. She left me with a care box, medications, and a prescription. It was AWESOME!! The day of the house call has returned and I like it!! JJ more

White Glove is truly Health Care of the 21st century. \r I was getting ready for a trip and noticed I didnt feel well, Doctors office was closed for the day but I knew I needed an antibiotic. Within 2 hours I had an antibiotic in hand as well as some wonderful treats to help me feel better.\r I would recommend White Glove to everyone. more

I called white glove for a cold i had. They had great response time, gave me medicine to get better along with a care package so I did not need to go anywhere. Plus the copay was cheaper than a trip to ER or Urgent Care. I would not hesitate to give them a call again if ever I have any type minor medical issue. more

5 STARS!!!! This is an absolutely FANTASTIC way to get healthcare services! They come right to your home or work and are available on weekends and evenings! I used WhiteGlove Health this past winter for the first time and I was very surprised at how incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable the RN who saw me was. Even though my workplace had my information incorrect in the system, WhiteGlove went out of their way to get the correct information so that I could be seen the same day that I called. I really appreciated the RN who came to my house, she was very friendly and very well prepared to treat my sinus and ear infections! The WhiteGlove service provides clients with very affordable healthcare and is a great alternative and so much more convenient than scheduling an appointment with a doctor or even going to an urgent care location which is more expensive then WhiteGlove and doesnâ??t provide medication and most likely does not have the customer service smiles that I experienced with WhiteGlove. I would highly recommend WhiteGlove to anyone who is contacted to call them as they were highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed! more

I have been using White Glove for about 6 months now. I got White Glove because I could not afford Health Insurance for my Husband and 2 children and have been very happy with this decision. I have called twice for myself, once for my husband, once for my teenage boy, and atleast 6 times for my 3 year old. Even when we were on vacation in Texas. My young one has Chronic Sinusitis and has always received the best care. I love that I don't have to go to the pharmacy to pick up the meds. Most of the time they already have them with them and you can start taking them right away without additional charge. If they don't have your meds.... THEY ARE DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME!!! My favorite Nurse is Michelle Hardesty...SHE IS THE BEST NURSE I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING!!! Very informed and great bed side manner. I love White Glove:) more

I recently used White Glove for what I thought was an upper respiratory infection. Called White Glove at 9:30a.m. and they were at my door at 11:00a.m. She took a brief history; allergies, health history then began exam. The Nurse Practitioner gave me a thorough exam. Turns out I had bronchitis, sinus infection and a double ear infection. Once she diagnosed me, I was given prescription medication and some over the counter remedies for some of my symptoms, right then and there! No need to run out to the drug store and get prescriptions filled, In addition, I was given a ""get well"" package of goodies which included, chicken noodle soup, crackers, sprite, cough drops, and samples of over the counter pain relievers. Began feeling better in a couple of days, although I had a lingering cough, she gave me plenty of the prescription cough medication which helped get me through. I highly recommend White Glove Healthcare as an alternative to your primary care physician for illnesses. My Nurse practitioner was kind, thoughtful and offered great tips for my sinus infection which included a bottle of Sea Salt Moisturizer Spray for my sinuses. more

Have you ever been too ill to want to get out of the house or you’re not able to book an appointment to get right into your doctor? White Glove Health has saved me and my family over and over and they offer great service. Not only do they come to your care but they bring you the medications as well. Whenever we had to book an appointment they have always been over within a few hours. This is a company that I definitely would recommend!! more

Who wants to waste PTO time for a doctor visit? This is a really great service. It's very convenient and I feel the care is more thorough and personal. I called WhiteGlove and within a few hours someone showed up at my work with medication and truly cared about my well-being. Great service!!!! more

This is such a great service! I absolutely hate having to use my PTO at to go to the doctor when I am sick! Being sick certainly isn't a vacation, so I don't want to use my vacation time! I called WhiteGlove when I got sick last month, and they arrived at my work within 2 hours with antibiotics and medication for all of my symptoms, along with a care package! This was truly a genius idea! more

As a stay at home mom, I love this service. The nurses are always friendly, both on the phone and in person. My kids get the one on one attention and they take their time. There is no driving to the doctors office, waiting in a room full of other sick kids, and then driving to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled. I would, and have, recommend this to anyone! What a convenient service. I was able to schedule an appointment on a day off and was able to let the nurse come to me. The nurse was very nice and had a good manor to her. I needed a few tests done for my annual check up and she was able to get it done within a half hour. I highly recommend this service. more

I hate getting sick, and I really hate missing work. This allowed me to schedule an appointment for the next day in the morning so I didn't have to miss any time at work. Also, they brought all my meds and a great little care package to help me get on the road to recovery. more

How many times have you woken up feeling like death warmed over, called your doctor's office, and been told they can get you in on Thursday afternoon...problem is, it's only Monday morning!\r \r I woke up with what turned out to be pneumonia the day after Thanksgiving, so, of course, there was no hope of even getting ahold of anyone at my doctors office. But WhiteGlove really saved the day. The nurse came to my house, bringing all of the medications I could need as well as a ""get well box"" with soup, gatorade, throat lozenges, jello, etc. She was very thorough, took as much time as needed and answered all of my questions.\r \r The staff that I've spoken with have all been very professional, caring, and thorough. What a blessing! I just wish I'd thought of it! more

Have you ever wanted your doctor to make a house call? White Glove does! This company is a lifesaver! I was too sick to drive or get off of the couch. I called White Glove for help and a nurse saw me the same day. My inner ear infection was diagnosed and I was provided with the necessary medication and antibiotics to clear it up. What a blessing! I was home alone and couldn't have driven to the pharmacy if I'd wanted to. The nurse was very thorough and spent ample time with me answering all of my questions. I was so impressed with this compnay that I also called them to see my children when they were sick and was once again thrilled with the service that we received. The nurse was great with the kids too, explaining what she was doing so they would not be uncomfortable with the process. I have recommended them to everyone I know! more

WhiteGlove Health provides professional medical services to address primary care issues in the privacy of your own home. My experience using their services was very positive. I had gotten sick on a Sunday and instead of having to go to urgent care I used WhiteGlove. A Nurse Practitioner was at my home within 2 hours. The co-pay was only $35 and it included the cost of medicine. The Nurse Practitioner was able to give me the medicine so I did not have to leave my home to go to the pharmacy. In addition, they provide you with a get well kit that includes chicken soup, throat lozenges, Gatorade, etc..This service is truly unique and if more employers made it a covered benefit for their Staff it would greatly reduce their insurance utilization. more

This is such a unique concept. I have had some OK experiences and some good experiences. This works great with a high deductible plan because it is only $35 vs. $110 at Urgent Care, not including meds. I have had to wait almost 24 hours for service and they came out once and were unable to treat me. However, it was great when my daughter was really sick because they ensured I had plenty of medicine and we didn't have to take her into the pediatrician's office. more
