Definitely one of the best restraunts on the "corner" area around the University of Virginia, and a traditional hangout for students attending the university. The food is fresh and original, and satiates the apetite in just the right ways. After you try a bit of the whitespot, you'll definitely want to come back for more, and you'll be in for a pleasant surprise because each time you come back you can try something amazingly new! Great for late night snacks 8/19/2005

The White Spot is a local favorite in Charlottesville to locals and students of the University of Virginia. They were featured in Sports Illustrated's Campus edition for their famous gus burger. The prices are very reasonable for the food that you get. The gus burger is a must have to any visitors of Charlottesville. The white spot is conveniently located on the Corner. The owner is very friendly, so visit! more
