April 14, 2007: I arrived expecting a Desert Heat Body Wrap as described in the flyer. All I got was warm mud applied to the front of my arms, front of my legs and on my back and then wrapped for about 25 minutes. My friend and I wanted to have facial and body treatments done at the same appointment times and were told we could do so. I sat for over an hour waiting for my facial while my friend was having hers. Then was told she would have to wait an hour for me. That was not what we were promised. After a few words with them I was given a $25 gift certificate to come another time. My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas which is what I was using this time. I will go back and use up the two gift certificates, but that will be the last time. I was definitely NOT HAPPY with the service.
Don't trust the information in the flyer.
Just know what you are signing up for BEFORE you arrive. The Desert Heat Body Wrap is definitely not worth $70! Maybe it would be as advertised, but not what I was given.
However, my friend was happy with her treatments.
It was not a relaxing experience.
Pros: Parking
Cons: Some treatments no as advertised
