Your people went out of their way to show me that what I thought was wrong wasn't...they didn't make me feel foolish at all and I appreciated that they took the time to explain why it was the way it was instead of me being concerned there may have been a short in the car. Very, very nice....I was thoroughly impressed. more

Knowledgable about the vehicle 10/19/2012

I went into the dealership because of a flyer I received in the mail. I was introduced to Chris Bambace, he was terrific. He made my time at the dealership very easy and hassle free. I was able to get everything I wanted in my car, at a good price. I would recommend others to use White Plains Chrysler Jeep Doge, especially Chris. He was very friendly and personable and more importantly knowledgeable about the vehicles. It made my trip to the dealership very easy. more

Called and spoke to Mike only about replacing my mirror which was stolen. We talked for a while about service to my car. I was so pleased with him, I decided to come here from now on to have my car serviced. Very nice guy. more
