Managment suck. They can't handle anything and they pass the buck on up the chain. The ladies are fat and unhappy and like to sit around and think of ways to annoy their residents. I have been here 9 months and NOT A PROBLEM. And then somebody gets promoted and it seems like everyday she is complaining about SOMETHING. I can't stand it...I want to move!!\r And don't let them make fees and charges up- because they will. Know your rights as residents and don't just take their word. They tried to screw us out of 150 bucks, but luckily I googled it and told them...i dont efing THINK so.\r \r It looks nice, but once they lock you in a lease, ALL KINDS OF es aytch eye tee is made up. more

One of the nicer complexes in the Conroe area. The pricing is a bit high in all aspects, but the location is nice and quiet, and there isn't too much traffic (unless its right after work). It's located minutes from several shopping centers and the freeway, and there is a new Elementary School right across the road, so its convenient if you have kids that go to that school. The community is gated, although it's more show than security.. the gate has been broken down on several occasions, and it seems like its not very reliable. It is a pet friendly community, a lot of people have animals.. mostly little dogs, and there are grassy areas where they can go do their doggy deeds. However, expect to pay a small fortune in order for them to allow you to even have a pet. The apartments themselves are very clean, very nice.. the maintenance people keep the leaves, trash, etc. picked up on a regular basis.
