These guys are shady as hell, I wouldn't trust anyone from the company. They never clean the snow from their property, you can't get anyone to fix anything in the apartment, but for rent they will call you even if you are one hour late. I wouldn't deal with them again!! biggest mistake of my life. They are probably for section 8 type a people and they treat you like one too. more

Very disrespectful of Board members. 3/11/2005

This company resorted to underhanded & unethical practices. Very manipulative managers, that are both unqualified, and get involved with inside politics rather than manage efficiently. Arrogant ownership as well. W&K drained our reserves. Very condescending, with hidden expenses, and eventually hidden agendas. Pros: Considering damage done, NONE in retrospect Cons: Where to begin ? Very dishonest and crafty. more
