I have a toddler and we go to this park all the time. There is a small nature center, lots of walking trails, and two playground areas. The walking trail connects to Lake Benson Park across the street.
The natural playground area has a play structure that is great for toddlers, a big sand area, teeter totters, swings, a big slide, a water pump, and a Candyland game. There is a big shelter very close by. The only drawback to this play area is the sewer smell that is sometimes present, due to the ""green"" design of the park. Be prepared for kids to ask why the toilet water is blue.
The other playground areas features different structures for big and small kids to climb on, including some fun spinning toys that you don't see very often. There are three shelters and bathrooms nearby.
