Appealing Atmosphere and Items 4/11/2006

This is a 'second-hand' store to which I could become addicted if I had more free time. Sadly, I'm usually in the middle of a bunch of errands when I drive by and can only look enviously at all the cars parked outside, especially during the winter months. I ALWAYS find something neat when I do get the chance to go in, and prices are reasonable as well. more

The Mercantile in Fort Pierce is more than a shopping trip; it is like being in a gallery and revisiting your past. The two story building is crammed with collectibles and antiques as well as some crafty items. The retro things are a real blast from the past. The shop is a consignment type co-op store so you get a HUGE variety of cool things to see as you explore the antique building. more
