Whitaker's Wild Game Procng

Whitaker's Wild Game is located 2 miles West of Iowa Park, TX. At Harmony Road exit of Highway 287, it is very easy to find. It has been at that locatioon for over 10 years. There you will find the greatest people around. At Whitaker's the customers recieve their own personal deer. Not some one elses! The skinners will work in any conditions (rain or snow) so the customers animal will be processed in less than one week which is much faster than most other proccessing places. With it family owned, everyone is extremely nice and care about the customers. You know they really care when they work 9am to 9pm every day during deer season except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. I can say that they are the best around because they process around 1500 animals a year. Who else around north Texas does that many? NO ONE! They even do Taxidermy... Pros: Fast, Friendly, and Quality Work Cons: I can't find any thing bad to say more

I have used Whitakers in the past to process my deer and other game. At those times as well as the last time that I used them their employees (especially the women with brunet hair and highlights) seemed as if I was not important to them. They are usually very short with me and when I call them to check to see when the meat is done they are rude. There location is out of the way and some people have told me that it was hard for them to find. Get a map. If there were other choices of game processors I would use them. I am probably going to start processing my own game. Pros: At least some of their staff are helpful. Cons: Some of their staff is not. To much money for so little meat. Not sure I am getting all my meat back. more
