Never Ever Board Here. The care is dispicable. I kept my horse there for a little while and everything went bad. Too many people care for the horses thus leading to confusing. Examples: My horse had blanketing instructions in front of his stall b/c he was clipped. Under 35 degrees BOTH sheet and Heavy Blanket w/ hood. I come out to the barn (it is 15 degrees with a subzero windchill) go out to the pasture and find him with only a sheet on, lying down in the shelter, shivering. Many other times they could never get the amount of feed correct between his grain would FORGET to feed supplements. Not only that, after a snow storm, he was out in a paddock with another horse w/ NO water.
The arena has a concrete base under the rubber/sand mixture.
Careful when your horse eats there hay. If there is any left over in the stall after they clean it, they sweep the manure and bedding into the pile of hay (i have pictures).
Another example....I had a sheet on my horse and asked them to take it off before he went into the pasture b/c it did not have back legs straps. WELL they ignored that and left it on and it ended up around his front legs when they found him to bring him in that evening. He also had a twisted shoe and the clip went into the sole of his foot and he was dead lame and bleeding.
I know many, many people who have left that barn b/c of care issues. So i warn you. NEVER keep your horse there if you care about them.
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: The care is AWEFUL
