This has to be the one of the worst examples of customer service out there. Tracy Ann Smith-Jackson is completely unprofessional and dishonest. She left the wedding early after complaining to various other vendors that she had someplace else to be, she was dressed unprofessionally, she made the bride and groom leave their dinner table to rush the cake cutting and first dances. The bride and groom were promised their pictures 4-6 weeks after the wedding. Six and a half weeks later they still don't have them and she isn't returning any phone calls or emails. When bridal party members call to follow up she gives each one a different (and untrue) answer. It's starting to look like she took their money and ran.\r

I feel awful for any brides that book her for their weddings. The resulting mess is both heartbreaking and infuriating.\r
