Whidbey-Seatac Shuttle

They are a great business I've been making reservations with them for my family and myself for the past 2 years. The prices are quite reasonable for the service that they provide and is much more reliable than being stuck in the ferry line. I've always had a pleasent phone experience while making my seat reservations as well as a pleasent experience with all of their drivers. They are a hard working business and I'm so glad we have them on our small little island! more

Thank goodness for Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle! I rode last weekend and it was such a good experience! When I called to make the reservation the lady on the phone was so nice and so sweet! She talked me through how to get to their boarding area and sent me all the accurate information I needed. The ride wasn't bad since we took the ferry and had a nice break to be able to get up and walk around. I've lived on the island for a while but it was my first time riding! I will be sure to make resesrvations for friends and family that visit often instead of even TRYING to deal with traffic! I'm so glad these guys are around and i cannot believe they have only been in business 8 years! That's what the girl on the phone told me, what a great business they have built! more

I've ridden the Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle a few times to and from my home on Whidbey Island and have always had a pleasent experience. The drivers are great and always prompt. The prices are very reasonable considering the length of the trip. I usually make my reservations over the phone and the office staff is always very helpful. Whenever I have had a flight delay they are very accomodating on rescheduling my seat. I would recommend this to anyone on Whidbey or visiting Whidbey! more

They left me, then refused to allow me on the next shuttle. Very pleasant phone women and very rude male drivers and manager. Was refused a refund. more
