I don't even want to give him one star... Thomas Wheeler does not follow through with any of his promises. You pay him your money and then he doesn't return your phone calls and does minimal amount of work if that!. He does not communicate with his clients to the degree needed for you to understand what is going on. The sad part is you pay him the money and you are left to do all of the work. He should not be in business, he takes peoples money and doesn't file the paperwork that he promised a million times to do. Look else where if you want a good lawyer!
