I visited Dr. Wheeler office because of an urgent bleeding problem, Dr. Wheeler told me "I'm out of town next week, when i come back we'll perform a procedure to find out what wrong with you". When i left the office, i wasn't booked for any appointment, so i tried to call back 1 week later to make an appointment, after many times only receiving the response from the message system, i has chance to talk with a human, she said "I need to find out what kind of procedure doctor want to perform before booking an appointment for you, I will call you back", I waited for 2 more weeks but nobody called so I called and she said the same thing "I need to find out what kind of procedure doctor want to perform before booking the appointment for you, i will call you back", I told her "Last time you said the same thing and you didn’t call…" Then I waited for 3 more weeks but nobody called and my problem has gone at this point, so i didn't really care anymore. But then finally somebody called (about 2 months after the first visit), i told her "my problem is gone, i may not have to see doctor anymore", she said "Doctor still need to find out what happened to you, you should have do the procedure." She booked me an appointment 2 weeks later and also prescribed medicines at CVS drug store. At the day of my appointment, i took time off from work, have Cytotec medicine the night before the procedure and pain relief medicine one hour before the procedure as the instruction. When i got to Doctor Wheeler office, somebody said "Doctor is not here today, it must be a miscommunication when the appointment was made."
