I went there for oil change. It was overpriced. I still accepted the deal and left my car there. But then they changed my air filter etc. and charged me a lot of money. The worse was that I took the parts they took out my car to our usual service place and was told that none of those required a change. I've been getting tires, rotations and alignments there for years, and my only occasional complaint is that they keep to a schedule some days but not others. They never give me any trouble about warranty alignments. They take good care of their regular customers. more

We had a flat on our car and had it towed to the nearest repair shop which happened to be Wheelworks. Our tire had a special lock to which we couldnt find the key. The repair guy "looked" everywhere, trunk, back seats, glove compartment, under the seats but couldnt find it. They were going to have to break the lock to replace the tire. Next, we were told that the tires in that size were $300 each!!! That custom size was only available from expensive brands. At that point, I was so annoyed that I called other tire stores and they told me that size tire was available in other less expensive brands like Dunlop. I told this to the Wheelworks guy and he miraculously found a cheaper tire in stock. This is a good place to check out for wheels, tires and brakes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive. The only catch in getting your brakes replaced there is that they might not stock all parts for older cars - call ahead. PROS: friendly, good prices CONS: not all parts in stock more

The staff could have sold me expensive tires, but sold me the tires I needed. I needed the cheapest tires, and that's what they recommended based on my needs. I appreciate that type of service. (Sears tried to sell me expensive tires.) I did have to wait a few hours, but I didn't have a reservation so I guess that's not too bad. I apprecaite the way that the staff explained the results of my allignment results. I also appreciate how the staff explained tips on getting the most out of warranties. :) Pros: experienced staff, honest staff Cons: moderate wait more
