Wheel Works is Worse auto shop ever 9/6/2009

I have rx350 Lexus, my battery low and I asked to replace my battery cost me $225 battery plus labor! I know it is expensive already but I still do it because I need to fix asap so I can use to work. After they put the battery they messed up my power window, I was very upset!!! I still waiting for the claim. I will not ever go there again! more

Very disappointed in my brand new set of tires and their work 6/23/2008

I bought all brand new tires for my car and it cost a lot, but when i got a blow out last Friday and called them to tell them, they said, they could check it first. Plus, the tires are wearing out on the front and my brother in law works for Wing Foot and he told me that they put my tires on wrong. So, i have tires wearing out on my front already~ which is so unfair to me. I want all 4 replaced! more

Wheel Works is a great place to buy inexpensive wheels for any car. They do have high end wheels available but not alot of selections. The salespeople are friendly and they were very helpful when I came in at their store more

enticing warranty 7/9/2005

Wheel works offers a pretty enticing tire warranty service where if you buy your tires from them and they become damaged in the future, they will replace your tires for a small fee. It sounds like a good deal because it saves money over buying full price for completely new tires everytime. This is the main reason I have been a customer of Wheel Works. It beats going to a new shop everytime you need to replace the tire and pay the full price. Instead, replace for a fraction of the cost. PROS: loyalty program CONS: more
