Unreliable company 11/10/2008

I have taken my bikes here many times for tuneups and new rims and tires with alignment, every single time they have messed up, given me wrong size tires, wrong brand. When they would realign the rims they would still continue to have slight wobbles and rub against the brake pads. I'm getting fed up with them and I would recommend for any body in Oshkosh to take your bikes to the bike dealer on/near Main St. so you won't have to go what I go through. Pros: at least there is another place in oshkosh... Cons: service, quality & satisfaction more

Best Cycling Shop Period! 4/19/2006

First of all their Professional staff really know their Bicycles. They are very friendly and so helpfull. They went above and beyond all my expectations. Their prices are the best and they will match and beat anyone! I have purchased several bikes from them and have had all my bikes serviced there and returned to me like brand new. I would reccomend Wheel and Sprocket to everyone. PROS: Professional knowledgable staff. Large selection. Best Prices! CONS: I only wish they were open 24 hours a day! more

Good selection 11/28/2005

Wheel & Sprocket has a very decent selection of mountain bikes and other types of bikes that you may be looking for. We have purchased a total of three bikes fromt his store and have been very satisfied. The prices are pretty decent as well. The staff is very knowledgable and will assist you in finding the best bike that will suit you. They are very easy to get to as they are very close to the highway. Their hours are convenient also. more

Great Bike shoppe 11/8/2005

Great bike shoppe for all your bike needs , these guys are cool and know there knowkedge bikes ,, Needed a tune up done on 2 bikes .. might I say very great job.. I purchased 2 mountain bikes .. was given a very great sale price buying 2 of the bikes .. being all set up and ready to go .. they do offer ski - supplies .. very knowledgable and very friendly . small store on the frontage raod .. great sales people . highly recommend .. more
