and looked at all of the other negative reviews online! I was very unhappy with the way they handled my situation. They were unprofessional, never returned phone calls, and it's still in limbo. Truly a disappointment while trying to go through a local vendor. Lesson learned. Pros: None. Cons: Horrible customer service and lack of management. more

Service Contract from Wheaton's..NOT worth it! 6/17/2009

Our service contract was a nightmare from day one as they did the servicing the first year, then neglected to go out for 18 months until we contacted them. Of course they didn't hesitate to send out the invoices for that time that had lapsed, however. Pros: Eventually did the work Cons: Always a hassle with the service contract and way overpriced more

Where to get the best central Air Conditioner for your ihome installed, namely Wheatons 6/3/2008

Air Conditioning . Though we live in Binghamton, Wheaton's had no trouble installing a new furnace a few years ago ,along with the appropriate size house air conditioing system. They gave us a good price and both units were installed in a couple of days. Since then they check it annually to look for any problems and replace any parts or filters that need to be replaced Pros: These guys are real pros and the equipment is terriffic more

What a Great company to deal with!! Scott went out of his way to find me the best possible fuel oil furnace for my budget. Their techs are second to none! They did a very neat and professional installation. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. Wheaton's made this experience smooth and stress free! more
