What's New Salon & Barber

I had a gift card and decided to try a facial. Tammy gathered pertinent information. I spent an hour on the heated table being absolutely spoiled. The facial was very pleasant. But when you add the foot parrafin treatment and the scalp/neck massage to the relaxing atmosphere and music and you have sheer pleasure! I had no idea it would be so amazing. I can't wait to come back for more pampering! more

My mother and I always enjoy our experiences at What's New. The staff is always very knowledgable and helpful with any questions or issues we have whether it relates to our hair, nails, skin or muscles. AWESOME Spa and awesome experience. Look forward to our next trip. As a matter of fact, my mother and I have trusted our hair to this salon for 25 yrs even though we live 2 hrs away. We also look forward to 25 yrs more!! more

My mother and recently had a mother/daughter day at Whats New and had a wonderful day. We each experienced a manicure/pedicure/massage and facial. We were greated by a friendly front desk and after that the Whats New staff took over. They made sure all our needs were taken care of, made us feel comfortable and relaxed and brought in a very nice lunch. Recomend this to all my friends and family!I more

I got a Signature Facial, Manicure and Pedicure here. Their website lists tons of spa packages and spa party options and makes it sound like they have an actual spa. They offer spa services, but don't actually have a spa. I checked in and was greeted by a friendly front desk staff, but waited in the salon area for my service. My facial was first, and my service provider was 30 minutes late. She promised not to cut anything off my facial, but I could tell she rushed through the service. The manicure and pedicure were great, but my manicurist actually answered her phone during my services. It seemed to be a personal call with no urgency/emergency pressing. The spa area is not relaxing or quiet. If you are looking for a very casual experience, this may be your place, but if you want a very professional, prompt staff, this isn't for you. I had been looking forward to my relaxing afternoon for weeks, and I was severely disappointed. more

This was my first visit to whats new the salon and i would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. the staff was wonderful: they were friendly, prompt, attentive and very knowledgeable about their services. The atmosphere was very welcoming...a great place for yourself, your spouse, friends and even your children. I received a massage and brow wax and plan on going back. more
