Nice arts bookstore 8/21/2005

I like this small book store. It is located right on OSU’s campus. I can usually find what I am looking for without any problem. They have very good arrangements. One of the things that I like best about this book store is that it looks like a small museum. They also sell interesting souvenirs. Anyway, I’d like to visit this book store again. more

Too cool for school 8/18/2005

The Wexner Center Bookstore is located in the Wexner Center, right in front of the gallery. It's small, but packed, and features artistic gizmos as well as a large variety of publications and art books. I get a little over-stimulated there, but it's fun to dig around and see what you can come up with. There are a lot of independent artist publications and it can be inspiring or annoying to see what someone has managed to get printed and think, "Why am I not more ambitious, I could have a little book like this with my telephone doodles that no one would buy." Cards, jewelery, toys....it's a nice place to go, to get out of the rain, or find a present that seems extra-thoughtful and in-the-know. more
