Westway Limo

Wow, my experience with Westway was great. The car arrived on time, in incredible shape and stocked with ice and drinks for my group. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable and recommended many places in Hoboken to try when we ran out of ideas. 5 Stars in my book. more

This company was hired to work my wedding. They showed up 45 minutes late, without calling us beforehand to let us know they were running late. When the limo finally showed up the driver offered no apology, and ignored the fact that he was late. After bringing us to the hall finally, he asked me to pay the bill. HE OFFERED NO DISCOUNT FOR BEING LATE. When I asked him to call his supervisor and ask for a discount, he threatened me that he would honk his horn continuously through my wedding unless I payed him immediately and paid the full amount. In addition to this whole ridiculous fiasco, the limo was FILTHY, it actually was so dirty it got dirt onto my wifes dress that had to be cleaned off by the staff at the wedding hall. AVOID WEST WAY LIMO AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE Cons: Dirty, late, awful driver, nasty people to deal with more

The most unprofessional company I have dealt with. Just full of excuses!!! Was not punctual for a wedding reception and failed to deal with the problem. Instead just lied through their teeth. Spare yourselves the grief and anger, just stay away from this company. Cons: Arrived over an hour late, got lost and was an idiot. more
