Ignored as well. After waiting two and a half weeks for my car to even be estimated, the owner still wasn't working on my car. He kept telling me deadlines which were bogus. Calling up to stay on the guy, he still would not get my car ready, by saying ""I am soo busy and I was thinking u didn't need your car."" Who thinks a person doesn't need a car? After telling the owner its been a little long and wondering the progress, he gets angry and tells me to come pick my car up and he will throw the dirty bumper in my backseat on my leather. I end up getting my car and driving it home only to find out that the guy didn't secure my bumper to the brush guard properly AND he cut out my wheel well with a knife because he was mad I took my car back. I now will be having to buy a new one. This guy is a scammer and the business has horrible customer service. Highly Agitated with how this guy conducts business. Beware of this scam of a business. Thumbs DOWN! more

I gave them one star but really was unable to rate the service due to being ignored by a man I believe was the owner. He was having a conversation with a gentleman who appeared to be a visitor about the weather. I stood there quitely until it became obvious that I was not going to be helped. I stopped in to get an estimate for damage to my vehicle from being rearended. After being ignored I left without ever being helped. Extremely unprofessional, he must have so much business he doesn't need mine! more
