I like Westside Rentals for many reasons, but i'm not going to sit here telling how good it is, you can check it out on your own... i'm going to tell you that they have redesigned...

I like Westside Rentals for many reasons, but i'm not going to sit here telling how good it is, you can check it out on your own... i'm going to tell you that they have redesigned their website recently and it looks phenomenal. On top of that i'd like to mention that Craigslist has too many scams to know what is legitimate and what isn't... check out the yahoo news story on this by searching for ""family loses savings craigslist"" Anyway, have a good day! more

Cheap and Efficient 7/14/2008

When I think of Westside Rentals the term ?necessary evil? comes to mind. Nevertheless, they probably saved me way more than $60 by not having to drive around and pull my hair out. I actually found a spot during my lunch break at work without leaving my desk! more

Way to go local company! I like to see santa monica based companies doing well and I recently noticed Westside Rentals has started live-support 24 hours a day. Admittedly, looking for an apartment at 4am is not the best strategy, but I pinged them with a live chat and the person was helpful and actually in LA. Very nice. more

New signs 7/14/2008

Has anyone else noticed that the Westside Rentals signs that I see EVERYWHERE have changed recently? Now I see little bulls-eyes whenever I drive around. Kinda nice. more

Quick growth 7/14/2008

This service is great. I wish I had thought of Westside Rentals a few years ago. They must be making serious bank. The name is kinda confusing though?I found a spot through them in Pasadena and they even have an office there. I guess they?ve outgrown their own name! good problem to have I suppose. more

Darn this service! It?s the only way to find a decent place. I tried craigslist and even got ripped off by some other company that charges but doesn?t have 7 offices like Westside Rentals. I gave in and, lo and behold, found a spot 3 blocks from the water. Darn you Westside Rentals! more

Awesome listings 7/14/2008

These guys have charged $60 for as long as I can remember. Nobody tell them, but people would pay a lot more nowadays. They have 20 THOUSAND listings. Hey, I?m not complaining. They?re the ones getting outpaced by inflation. Yeah Westside Rentals! more

My company had a discount for Westside Rentals. I guess landlords love renters with jobs so Westside Rentals gives a discount to companies. I guess they?ve got deals set up with most of the studios. Hey?works for me?I got 25% off! more

Cheaper than it seems 7/14/2008

I?ll be honest. I was skeptical. Nowhere but LA would they expect you to pay up front for access to rental listings. Seriously, don?t landlords want our business? After a couple laborious days of driving around town or surfing craigslist and my tune changed. I figured that I?d give it a try since I?d already spent at least $60 on gas. I?ll give to them?WestsideRentals seems to be in with the landlords. I found a spot right off that was cheaper than anything I?d seen. Been there ever since?.so I say give em a try. more

Many people try to avoid Westside Rentals because of their registration fees which is $60, but the services and discounts which they give to their clients are worth more than $60. more

An adviser was assigned to me for an hour ,, and it was great talking with me . We both had almost finalized my apartment in that hour only. It was a great experience ,as i hadn't got this kind of support till now with any other rental company. more

Real and impressive Listings 3/24/2008

Most of the rental company have the apartments in their listings after they have been sold out also. But the listings that I found with Westside rentals are real ,,and they are more than 19000 in number . Most impressive about this listings is that ,,their apartments are scattered in whole region of california ,,,especially los-angeles and santa-monica... more

Registering with them is Advantageous eventually 3/21/2008

Though, it take $60 for one to get registered with Westside Rentals. But, the benefits they provide to their customers are far more than $60 . Also, they provide their customers with the number of choices when it comes to find an apartment for them. more
