Visiting Westside Service Center is like visiting family. The Lewis family not only care about my vehicle, they also care about me and make sure I have good customer service. more

Westside worked with us to plan the appointment time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and charged what seemed to be a reasonable amount. It's a place one feels good about patronizing. more

I am quite pleased with the service I got repairing my vehicle. James was helpful and friendly after going through my list of troubles. Too bad this place is so popular you have to wait a while to get your vehicle. It's a testament to their quality, I am sure. more

Westside does a great job of explaining what needs to be done, and will always give you an estimate before any work is started. It took a few days to get my car in but that is unusual, and most likely due to the holiday. Usually I can get my vehicle in right away. more

I appreciated their same day in and out service - even with me adding repair work mid-day. I didn't feel "up-sold", simply informed of other issues they saw and would eventually need to be addressed. more
