Westside Properties has managed our single-family home since 2006. My advice for landlords out there is to avoid using Westside Properties if you are a first-time landlord, or, if customer service matters to you. The reason is that Westside is not particularly proactive regarding the process, or next steps. If you don't know what the next steps are for maintenance, leasing, or finding new tenants, Westside will probably not guide you, help you, or give you updates. You'll fumble in the dark a little, and you won't "know what you don't know" unless you do some digging. Once you know the questions to ask, Westside usually has an answer and can be helpful. \r

On the topic of customer service, this is where Westside is weakest. We have found out about problems with our home on our own, or from the tenants, but not from Westside.
