Exceeded Every Expectation 4/13/2016

I used Westside as a screener in he process of buying the car but due to proximity to my residence, I initially had the car maintained at a competitor...that was a mistake. After several mistakes and the previous shop having to spend thousands to correct the situation, I came back to Westside despite the hour drive and was more than pleased that in very little time, my Jaguar convertible looks like it rolled out of the showroom and performs even better. damaged oil pan 4/11/2016

May 2014 my oil/filter was changed at TGA, Houston. The last 4 oil/filter changes and two prior to May 2014 have been done at Westside with no problems. Prior to taking my car for a oil/filter change on 4/7/16, there was no evidence of an oil leak. I feel the damage to my car's oil pan thread was not due to age or wear, but cross threading and could have been avoided. I was expecting to pay for a regular oil/filter change and not $1388.25. more

Only dependable, consistent service near 77077 4/10/2016

Westside has worked on our Volvo, Honda, and GM cars and always does a solid job. Most recently they were able to diagnose a fuel pump issue in my old GM Suburban that was previously mis-diagnosed as a fuel injector issue. Their attention to detail and adherence to real diagnostic testing saved me hundreds in repairs that my car did not really need. Highly recommended. more

I have compete confidence in Wayne and his staff to fix the issues with my cars the first time. Most importantly that they do not "Find Things" to repair. They find the problem - advise you of the cost which is usually reasonable and they fix it. Just a pleasure to have my car serviced by them and I do not need to take my cars anywhere else. Been using them for many years and have a good friend that has used Wayne for over twenty years. more

Westside Auto Service 2/25/2016

Westside Automotive is the best ever! I came in with a muffler my husband couldn't replace (couldn't get the bolt off) and Westside replaced the muffler in 30 minutes on that day. I definitely do not go anywhere else but Westside auto! more
