DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE PLEASE 4/19/2011

HE IS A THIEF AND HE ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY do not take your pet there. He said he was going to charge me $65.00 for spaying my dog he put my dog to sleep than he said my dog needed some other surgery procedure and gave me an estimated cost of $335.00\r why didn't he find the supposedly abnormality during the exam? did he even examine my dog before putting him to sleep??? \r HE CHARGED ME $55.00 for the exam? ($55.00 for nothing) \r I found another Vet and he is charging me under 100.00 dollars. so my dog must not have been so abnormal after all not $335.00 abnormal, don't take your pet there, you will be ripped off. more

Only cares about money!!!! 1/15/2011

This clinic only cares about Money! Money! Money! My pet was put under anesthesia numerous times for constipation isssues and each time it was in the ballpark of $700.00-$800.00!!! My pet would come home from this place weak and did not improve from these procedures. I finally took my pet to another vet because I felt all this anesthesia was dangerous and the new vet informed me that none of those sugeries were nessesary and a good pet-ema which is an enema with NO anesthesia would work just fine...and it did!!! My pet was looked upon by Dr. Hagos as a way to sock it to me financially...this disgusts me as I really wanted to trust that he was a good vet and would do right by my pet. I now drive a very far distance to my new vet who is honest, kind and has helped my pet without deadly anesthesia and enormous fees. I would never recommend anyone bring their cherished pet here!!! more

Nothing But Bad News 12/31/2010

For anyone considering taking any animal to be seen at this veterinary office, please reconsider. What initially drew me and my family to this location was their vaccination clinic that they hold every once in a while. Dr. Hagos was our vet of choice for our first dog that we adopted 3 years ago. We did not visit frequently though we did take our dog Charlie when he was ill. About a year ago my girlfriend and I found a stray dog and took him to this office to see if he was chipped. We found out he wasn't chipped and we decided to get a check up done for the dog. Considering we both took our dogs to Dr. Hagos we didn't expect to be charged the full amount for an office visit. On several occasions I have called in with a question only to be greeted by an unfriendly and untrained staff. They will not answer questions over the phone but will instead ask you to come into the office to be able to charge for the visit. Today my family and I decided to consult another veterinary office to trea more

No GOOD! Dont GO! 5/29/2010

I worked at this hospital for a very short time because, a week or so, in that time period I saw the vet techs cry 4 times! He would curse and throw things. Then I heard him throw a dog onto the exam table while under! really never go to this vet! I could not stand it and I got a job at a different vet that did treat them right. more

Not very nice! 6/11/2009

I called around to get prices on cleaning my cats teeth. The guys was pretty rude to me on the phone and accused me of being another veterinary clinic trying to compare prices. I explained I was only a customer. He didn't believe me. Won't go there for sure. more

AVOID THIS CLINIC!! 4/26/2009

If you love your pets and your hard earned cash avoid this veterinary clinic. I should have been wary when quite literally every pet I encountered coming out of the office had just had some form of surgery noted by all the bandages walking around, but I was new to the valley and this was the only clinic open in the late afternoon the day before a holiday.\r \r It should be noted that I took my dogs here on more than one occasion so my experience wasn't a "one off". My male had a growth that the "Dr." said needed to be removed and so the surgery was scheduled and performed. The sutures were so tight that my dog woke up wining in pain in the middle of the night and he began running around in circles trying to chew the bandage off. I ended up having to take him to an after hours Emergency Clinic to have them reseated. This same dog was neutered at this clinic and today he suffers from urinary incontinence, I'm told because of how the surgery was performed.\r \r Another dog went in with more
