Hello, I’m writing this to Robert Bastiero. My name is Darlene Graves and I have ordered from your business 9 times now and this last time was just terrible and will be the last time we order from your business. \r

Below is the confirmation of what was ordered. First, this order was delivered without the “build a burger”. When I called the store to let them know, Don said that they would send it out. I told him that by the time it got here that all the other food would be cold and he said “well just eat the other stuff now”. I asked him, who would eat their fries without their burger? He said well, we can send it out, that’s all. My husband told me to tell him to have someone come pick the delivered items up and refund our money and he told me to hold and then a woman came on the phone and told me that the burger was leaving now and will be there in a few minutes. \r

It takes 10 minutes (with traffic) to get to our house from the Baycourt store so “a few minutes” was not correct. 20 minutes later the burger had not yet arrived. As my husband was dialing the phone to talk to someone to get some satisfaction, the burger arrived, but of course, by that time, all the other food was completely cold and inedible, the burger too was cold when it arrived. \r

My husband spoke to Don and said that this is unacceptable and wanted Don to make it right. Don told him that he should have ordered from the store that was closer to our home and my husband explained that the store on Westshore, which is closer to us, didn’t sell burgers and that’s what he wanted, which is why we ordered from the Baycourt store.\r

Don then said again that we should have just ordered from the Westshore store as if my husband hadn’t just told him the reason for us ordering from the Baycourt store. Don then said, “you shouldn’t have ordered from this store”. My husband then asked if we shouldn’t order from Westshore anymore and Don said yes, we shouldn’t order from you anymore. My husband then asked, so you’re telling me that we shouldn’t order from Westshore anymore and Don said yes.\r

I just got off the phone with your partner, Lamar, and he told me Don’s version of the events and it is all lies. I’m the one who said that they should come pick up the food and give us a refund, not him. He never said anything about picking up the food or the policies of the store as he stated to Lamar. I do not appreciate being lied about. I also don’t appreciate the way I was treated by Lamar. At the end of the conversation with Lamar he said that he wont be delivering to us again, which is fine by me because we wont be patronizing your businesses again and I’m also going to leave negative feedback on every site I can find.\r

I want a full refund of my money with the exception of the tip for the driver as he had no part in the horrible treatment I was given.\r
